About Norn Labs
Norn Labs is an Estonian company, incorporated in Tallinn. We build and operate a small portfolio of products, each aimed at a clearly defined buyer and run on its own surface. This site covers the company as a whole: what we work on, where it applies, and how to reach us.
We build around the people responsible for the work: the case handler, the compliance team, the clinical partner and the mission engineer. Hosting, data handling and operational requirements are agreed for each product and deployment. We do not treat one product’s readiness as evidence that another is ready for use.
Estonia is the right place to do this from. It has one of the most developed digital-government environments in Europe, a deeptech ecosystem that includes the ESA Business Incubation Centre at Tartu Science Park, and a regulatory culture that treats software as an instrument of public service.
