Kiir is Norn Labs’ drone-enabled medical logistics solution, in development for hospitals, laboratories and blood centres. Its initial scope is blood samples in Estonia, with an ambition to expand across the Baltics. The planned service combines third-party aircraft, operational coordination, clinical handover, temperature records and chain-of-custody evidence.

No. Kiir is in development and pre-operational. No authorised routes, confirmed hospital partnerships, signed contracts or completed flights are being announced. No transport services are available to book. Kiir is not a proprietary drone airframe manufacturer.

Kaja by Norn Labs is a whistleblowing channel and case workspace for organisations. It combines structured anonymous or identified intake, private-code follow-up and a handler view for case status, priority, evidence and messages.

Start from the reporting link published by your organisation. Choose a language and identity preference, select the relevant entity, describe the concern and review your submission. Save the private tracking code to return and exchange messages; a lost code cannot be recovered. The intake supports English, French, Polish and Spanish.

Kaja supports intake and case handling. Your organisation remains responsible for legal assessments, response dates, retention decisions and escalations. Country notices are informational, and reporters should check whether their account of events or attachments could identify them even when they choose an anonymous report.

Vigil by Norn Labs is a compliance operating system: one workspace for obligations, cases, policies, training and evidence. It connects the day-to-day work that is usually scattered across inboxes, documents and spreadsheets. Vigil is in private development.

DPOs, legal and compliance teams in mid-sized and large international companies, with selected IT and security colleagues contributing to cases, assessments and evidence.

Operational GDPR compliance is the initial pack in development. Further regulatory and standards packs, including the EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA and ISO frameworks, are planned. Scope and country coverage will be confirmed directly with prospective customers.

No. Vigil supports compliance operations and explains its recommendations using the information supplied. Applicability assessments and legal decisions require review by qualified people. Vigil does not replace qualified legal advice.

Cadaster is the optional structured register engine; Dispatch is the optional communication engine. Both are planned extensions to Vigil and are not included in the default subscription.

Vigil is being designed around group, entity and country context, with a global architecture and an EU-first launch. The planned country overlays add national implementation rules, regulator guidance, local templates and relevant updates to a regulatory pack.

Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneDrive, Gmail and Google Drive connections are planned. No live Vigil integrations have been announced. We will confirm connector scope and availability during demo discussions.
